About the Artist

Welcome to Dr Nathani Lüneburg’s official website, a digital gallery showcasing the artistic journey and creations of a passionate visual artist. With a foundation rooted digital and manual drawing and painting as well as digital stop-frame animation and formal art education at one of South Africa’s top universities, I specialise in themes of loss, trauma, GBV, psychiatric illnesses, miscarriage and more specifically epilepsy since I am a victim of the illness.

Driven by a deep-seated curiosity for these themes, my art aims provoke thought, evoke emotions, and challenge perceptions. Each piece is a reflection of my commitment to craftsmanship, experimentation with materials and metaphorical narrative storytelling.
